Disembark and transfer to Athens airport

There is a small airport situated 9km from the main town which caters to domestic flights to and from Athens run by Olympic Airlines on a daily basis. Regular public buses and taxis connect the airport with Paroikia town. As there are no international flight connections, nor any charter flights to Paros, travellers usually fly to Mykonos or Athens and then take a ferry to Paros. During the summer season, there is a frequent connection of ferries / hydrofoils and catamarans, between Piraeus or Lavrion port in Athens and Paros (about 4-5 hours).
