Following a successful return to Split in 2023, we will be back in 2024 to build on that success. Back in the ACI Marina in Split, we are 10 minutes walk or a quick water taxi away from one of the jewels of the Adriatic, historic Split town and the stunning and atmospheric Diocletian Palace.
If you are looking for a sailing holiday that combines some stunning scenery with superb sailing breezes then look no further than the Dalmatian coast and our great Split flotilla.
If you can’t spare the time to spend two weeks sailing, then the choice of which route is a tricky one. The Skradin route takes you north to beautiful Skradin and the Krka national park while our Hvar route takes you south to the islands of Hvar, Viz and Brac amongst others.
Whichever you choose, you start and end your memorable Split flotilla holiday at our base in ACI Marina, Split, perfectly situated to explore the Dalmatian coast and the islands.

Our Croatia flotilla season runs from May to late September. Temperatures range from the low 70s in early and late season to the high 80s plus, in late June through September. Winds are usually predictable, moderate and occasionally fresh (force 2-5) in the afternoon.

Unlike a standard charter, you can also enjoy the social side of sailing as part of a flotilla, meeting others in the evenings or during the day, organized activities for the kids as well as all the usual benefits of yachting, like exploring, swimming in secluded bays during the day, and the simple joy of travelling under sail. Direct road transfer to ACI Marina Split in approximately 45 minutes gets you to and from our Split flotilla base. Prices from £40 per person return. Alternatively you can take the bus from Split airport to the bus terminal in Split and take a local taxi.

Our base is just a stone’s throw from historic Split town, however this entire stretch of coast is a treasure trove of historic towns and villages. Their fascinating history reveals the influence of empires from Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, and especially Venetian and Austro Hungarian which is very much reflected in the architecture and culture present to this day. Add stunning scenery and turquoise waters and you have all the ingredients for a perfect holiday. A few we have picked ourselves:
