Our Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award
In 2026, Seafarer received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the third year in a row, after Platinum awards in 2024 and 2025. It’s based entirely on what our guests tell Feefo after they travel.
What the award means
- Independent: Feefo collects reviews only from verified customers, so every review comes from someone who booked with us.
- Gold standard: a business needs at least 50 reviews in a calendar year, with a service rating of 4.5 or above.
- Platinum: awarded to businesses that achieve Gold for three consecutive years.
