Fethiye flotilla holidays in Turkey

Fethiye is a town on the Gulf of Fethiye, on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. You fly to Dalaman International Airport (code DLM): direct Saturday flights leave from London, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Leeds and Manchester, and there are flights from the UK and other European airports through the week. The flotilla sails two routes from Fethiye in alternate weeks: odd weeks sail the Karacaören route (Tersane Island, Sarsala, Karacaören, Boynuz Bükü and Tomb Bay, about 72 nautical miles) and even weeks the Cold Water Bay route (Kapı Creek, 22 Fathom Cove, Cold Water Bay, Tomb Bay and Wall Bay, about 70 nautical miles). Yacht prices start from £1,585 for one week (Oceanis 323, 1 May 2027), and two-week holidays are priced in the same tables. Prices are per yacht, so the cost per person depends on how many of you share it, and they change with the date and the yacht: see every date and price. Optional extras include a skipper (£130 per day, cash only, plus food and a cabin), a stand-up paddleboard (£90 per week, plus a €250 deposit) and a petrol outboard (£90 per week).

Your fully equipped charter yacht, help from the lead crew, a dinghy, bed linen and towels, end cleaning, the transit log and a welcome pack. The Fethiye flotilla sails from early May to late October, with temperatures into the high 30s in August. Sailing conditions are reliable, with north-westerly winds of force 2 to 4, occasionally 5 to 6, from late morning to late afternoon; they fade as the sun goes down, giving a calm night at anchor in one of the many sheltered bays.

The sailing is easy and relaxing, with some of our shortest passages, at around 10 nautical miles a day. The skipper of each yacht should hold an ICC (International Certificate of Competence) or equivalent: the RYA Day Skipper Practical course makes you eligible, and we can arrange the ICC assessment.
