Flotilla Skipper

Responsibilities: Lead a flotilla of up to 12 yachts, ensuring seamless holidays. Oversee technical, safety, navigation, and itinerary briefings while assisting with docking, departures, and social events. Manage budgets and submit weekly reports to Head Office for smooth operations.

Advantages: With autonomy and responsibility, you’ll shape guests’ experiences. Collaborate closely with your first mate and fellow adventurers, building bonds and developing leadership skills.

Essential Qualifications: RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with Commercial Endorsement, along with prior experience in skippering or flotilla management, as well as knowledge of yacht systems.

 

RYA Cruising Instructor

Responsibilities: Deliver RYA courses from Start Yachting to Day Skipper, guiding up to five students weekly. Since courses follow the flotilla route, students can also participate in flotilla activities.

Advantages: Teach in beautiful Mediterranean locations, with schedules that allow time for exploration, as well as enjoying a fulfilling teaching experience.

Essential Qualifications: RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with Commercial and Cruising Instructor endorsements and, ideally, Mediterranean sailing experience.

 

Flotilla Engineer/Mate

Responsibilities: Maintain yachts, assist skippers, prepare vessels while conducting client briefings.

Advantages: Develop technical skills across engines, electrics, plumbing, and yacht systems in a hands-on role that also involves guest interaction.

Essential Qualifications: RYA Day Skipper certificate and yacht maintenance experience; Coastal Skipper is also a plus.
