Sailing around beautiful islands and stunning islands and amazing scenery on a Seafarer Holiday sets some of us reaching for the camera in a creative and inquisitive way. We invite all our guests to enter our photo competition not just to win some pretty tasty prizes but also to share their artistic creations.  We’ve had great competitions in previous years and we are very excited to see more great photos in the season to come.

To enter simply fill out the form below with up to 3 images of no more than 25MB in total. Use of any photography equipment is allowed but please make sure images are sent in the resolution they were taken in. Any images smaller than 1.5MB will struggle to win any prizes. We do need your name and email but all other fields are optional. By entering the competition you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. 1. The promoter is Seafarer Cruising & Sailing  Holidays (company no.4414600 ) whose registered office is at 4th Floor, Hamilton House, Mabledon Place, London WC1H 9BB.
2. The competition is open to Seafarer guests travelling in 2024 on any of our products including Beach Club, Flotilla, Cabin Charter, Bareboats and Training. 
3. License. By entering the competition the photographer grants Seafarer limited licence to use submitted photos
4. Ownership of Photos. Seafarer agrees that subject to the rights and licenses granted herein, the Photographer is and will remain, the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all Photos and any copies of the Photos. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Photographer reserves all rights and licenses not expressly granted in this Agreement. 
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Only three photos will be accepted per person. If you would like to send further photos please do so via We Transfer. 
8. Closing date for entry will be the 14th of November 2024. After this date no further entries to the 2022 competition will be permitted.

10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter the competition please fill in the form above and upload no more than 3 photos, photos must be in high resolution and this will affect the judging. Generally, file sizes should be between 2mb and 10mb per photo with a maximum of 25mb in total.

12. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges for Brochure and Website prizes and number of likes/shares for Facebook and Instagram prizes. 
13. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. We will notify the winner how the prize will be dispatched.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Seafarer and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://seafarersailing.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

24. Seafarer Adverts online and in print publications
25. Brochures and other print material. 
26. Restrictions on Use. The promoter will not use the Photos for any of the following purposes: 

(A). No Standalone File Use. The promoter will not use the Photos in any way that allows a standalone file or content file to be downloaded, extracted, or redistributed by others.

(B). No Use in Trademark or Logo. The promoter will not use the Photos in any trademark, design, logo or other mark.

(C). No Products for Resale. The promoter will not use the Photos in any goods or products where the Photos are the primary value.

(D). No Sublicenses. The promoter will not sublicense the Photos without the prior written permission of the Photographer.  

Indemnification. The promoter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Photographer from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees and costs) arising out of or as a result from use of the Photos by the promoter, except in the event that any claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, or expenses arose out of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or bad faith by the Photographer.
