Lefkas Town (Lefkada), on the north-eastern side of the island, is a perfect place to start exploring the northern or southern Ionian Islands. From Corfu and Paxos in the north to Kefalonia and Ithaca in the south, there are islands to suit all tastes.
You can pick up your yacht from the modern, fully equipped Lefkas Marina in Lefkas Town, or from Nikiana harbour on the island’s east coast. Either way, the calm, warm waters of the Ionian Sea are right on your doorstep, with quiet islands such as Meganisi, Kastos and Ithaca within easy reach.

Both bases are on the east side of Lefkas, around 30 minutes from Aktion airport in Preveza.

Fly to Aktion airport in Preveza. Both Lefkas Marina and the town quay are about 30 minutes away by road, and Nikiana is about 30 minutes too.
Bus and coach stops are a five-minute walk from Lefkas Marina, with connections to Athens and to Corfu via Igoumenitsa.
A seaplane operates from Lefkas Marina, with connections north to Corfu and south to Kefalonia and Zakynthos.

Fly from the UK to Preveza and transfer to your charter base for embarkation. It is a modern harbour and ideal for provisioning.
Day2
A choice of anchorages and tavernas on this quiet island, which is almost the exclusive preserve of visiting yachts.
Day3
Lively and sophisticated, but it keeps its traditional Greek charm and character. A great place for people watching.
Day4
A pretty village with a dramatic mountain backdrop.
Day5
Quiet and very charming, with a choice of tavernas.
Day6
Visit Kastos, or explore the uninhabited Dragonera Islands.
Day7
Sail back to your base for your last evening on board.
Day8
Disembark and transfer to Preveza airport.

The security deposit is returnable. The damage waiver is optional and reduces what you would pay if anything is damaged.
